We take care of all the steps and every detail of the product and production process, just from souring/selection of yarn and fabric to final production & inspection. We believe that for good quality products we need good quality raw material. So, we need to check the quality of cotton, yarn, dye & type of fabrication. We also do sourcing/selection from blue leather and check the quality of every process to finished leather. Our whole hearted effort guarding delivery time, strict supervision of production quality control and meeting the special wishes of clients.

Factory selection: To ensure the smooth production our QA (Quality Assurance) team is visiting different garments factories on a regular basis. We have a factory evaluation guideline to English the vendors/allied partners as a production unit of Tokyo Fashion Ltd. This evaluation guideline is of international standard. On the basis of evaluation, we selected some factories. They are our regular vendors. Moreover, we are always searching for new factories to expand our production capacity. 

Quality Check during the production: We take care of quality during production (rather than after production). Our inspection team is not only preparing the production QC report, but also providing remedies (if possible) on the spot to ensure smooth production. This strategy is ensuring on time shipment and benefiting all of us (vendors, Tokyo Fashion Ltd and buyers). 

Overall Coordination till shipment: Tokyo Fashion Ltd. co-ordinate the whole process of production with utmost sincerity. Lab-dip Approval, factory selection, Production process monitoring, approval of pre-shipment sample, L/C, Banking procedure, GSP & Quota documentation, shipping and all other factors are being coordinated very successfully by our hardworking team.
